Native GTX 680 Support

I have a standard (PC) EVGA Geforce GTX 680 card in my Mac Pro running Mountain Lion. Will this OS support the card out of the box?
 
Can I install Mavericks with the 680 connected, or do I need to swap the cards for installation?
