Native Instruments B4 and Garageband

I've just bought Native Instruments B4 for use with Garageband. I'm new to all this Mac stuff and although I'm following the installation instructions exactly, the instrument does not appear in Garageband. Anyone have any ideas where I may be going wrong? Native Instruments on-line support is useless - they haven't got back to me since I e-mailed them on Tuesday!

yeh mate im having the EXACT same problems except with FM8 and Logic pro! WTF is up with that lol? can get it to work perfect with the windows version in Fl studio

Native Instruments & Garageband

I did a tutorial on this 3 years ago. A little of it is outdated, but mostly works. Perhaps I'll do an updated video tutorial someday soon.
