Native Mail App Showing Extra Mailboxes?

Apple's mail app works fine for me, except that when I go to "All Mailboxes" on the watch (S4 LTE running 5.1.1), I see more than the 4 mailboxes selected in the Watch app/Mail Complication on my iPhone. I have one mailbox with no label (no mail), one "iCloud" mailbox with no mail, and two "iCloud" mailboxes that have the same content (my iCloud email).

Is there a way to clean this up, or is this just a bug that needs to be eventually fixed?
