Native or App/Extension to show transfer speeds in finder?

Is there a native way or an app / extension (paid or free I don't really care) that will show the current transfer speed of a task in finder?

I have a NAS at another home that I transfer files to/from etc. frequently and want to see how fast the files are sending/copying/etc.

I know I can do it with the activity monitor but I would prefer it right in the same widow where it says "Copying .........." etc.

Does you NAS have a Dashboard that you can assess which shows port transfer rates?

I use the iStat Menus network pane and my NAS dashboard to evaluate transfer speeds.
