I like the way natural scroll works on my TrackPad, but natural scroll for my mouse scrollwheel is reversed (i.e., scroll up to actually scroll down on the page). I like to "push up" on the trackpad to scroll down.

Is there a way to reverse this? It seems that if you choose natural scroll, it applies it to both trackpad and mouse (i.e., you can't have it on for trackpad and off for mouse).

Curious if there is a way to overcome this? I'm using a Logitech Anywhere 3S mouse.

Another way you can do this is with the free app Mos. Its primary function is smoothing out the scrolling animation using a mouse scroll wheel, and it works amazingly for that (and has some other options to boot).

But it also will let you reverse the scroll direction on the mouse only, leaving the trackpad to use “natural scrolling” if you prefer it there.
