naval warfare....or world domination

    ok, what do you think is the best naval warfare sim out there? i got a demo of battlestations pacific which runs lovely and looks good, i do like it so will prob get that, but is there any others? maybe a bit more in depth but not as bad/in depth as harpoon? even a sub one?
    also whats the best global themo nuclear war..."shall we play a game"
    i quite like the look of defcon, but dont want multiplayer, not sure if its a single player one? any ideas?

    DEFCON supports single-player. Easy enough to do.

    Can't help you with naval warfare sims, unless you also like space navy warfare.

    There aren't any good naval warfare sims that I'm aware of.

    If you're happy to Bootcamp you could try the Silent Hunter series.

    ah well looks like battlestations it is then.. i like space sims as well, loved homeworld series and haegmonia.

    I'd definitely check out Sins of a Solar Empire then. Very reasonable system requirements and 4X gameplay.

    yea i will do, one easy or not question, how can i run it on a mac without installing windows? wine?

    You could try Parallels or CrossOver, but personally? I'd just install Windows.
