I know that native iOS Map app vibrates on apple watch to provide turn by turn navigation, does any one know if there other apps or some how get apple watch to voice output on watch during turn by turn navigation? Since there's speaker built-in on watch why don't use it to provide turn by turn navigation when you're driving and both of your hands on the wheel instead of iPhone speaker. Is this possible at all to hear the spoken navigation directions coming from apple watch itself?

Apart from the silent taps and the "ding-dong" and "dong-ding" sounds* it makes now? Nope. Not yet, at least.

It's probably better to use the sound output from the phone anyway since (a) it's louder, especially if you connect it to the car stereo, and (b) you can charge the phone with the car, so the phone won't die as it keeps accessing Maps and Siri for data and voice feedback.

(*) Why "ding-dong" and "dong-ding"? Think of a piano -- low notes to the left, high notes to the right. So, "ding-dong" sounds like it's moving "down" the piano keyboard to the left -- left turn -- and "dong-ding" moves "up" the keyboard to the right -- right turn.
