Navigation not giving voice prompt

Weird all of a sudden my Navigation stopped given voice prompts it now just dings. The audio is set to loud for voice prompts so it's on.

set to driving... i'll probably do a restore to see if that fixes it

Is it a two tone ding? That happens when the audio is in use with a call, I've found.

Maps plays a short sound instead of speaking directions when you're making a phone call. Try restarting your phone, it might still be thinking you're in a call for some reason.
