What makes you think Premier League games will be available LIVE? That's a totally different ball game. Wishful thinking?

they literally tweeted it

Im so tired of streaming services Youtube TV looks better everyday. I get every network and can just DVR new content to watch whenever im sick of paying a million different places $9.99

YouTube TV is $50 / mo. Do you mean premium cause that's definitely worth $10 a month.

No the TV I can still get all the content I get with Hulu and other network apps add in live news and its worth it for me.

Try that again. You are getting their $50 plan for $10 or are you fine with just the ad free $10 plan?

On every subscription I look at the price and immediately multiply it by 12. I then relate that to my wages (how long does it take me to earn) vs time spend using the product. Much better way of seeing how much it costs.

Netflix is the only victor. The others stand little to no chance with me.

Contrary to your belief, NBC doesn't need your defense but will happily take your money, or show you ads.

How did you get me defending anyone in my statement?

Obviously you didn’t like my sarcastic reply to your original statement and missed the bs tag at the end of it.

It’s rather cumbersome on Xfinity right now, so we’ll see how it goes when it rolls out.

This is basically a $4.99 service to watch The Office. And for that reason people will sign up for it.

These companies have completely missed the point of what we actually want.

Imagine if streaming music went like this.

To listen to these 20 bands, you have to sign up for Service X
To listen to these other 20 bands, you have to sign up for Service Y
Etc

Would be absolutely miserable

Everyone has different needs. Yours is Netflix, mine is Disney+ (kids and major Star Wars fan here) and Peacock (Premier League games). I paid Disney for the year and my cost after discounts is $4.60 per month. Peacock will be $8.50 after discounts (on iTunes cards through AppleTV subscription). $13.10/m for what I need plus my traditional over the air antenna with some great shows and movies and even soccer too. This is what you’re paying for your Netflix standard subscription so I’m not being unreasonable.
The big gain for me is that - like another reader here - I am able to ditch my $30/m Sling subscription so it’s all savings.

Will use the free tier

Not subscribing to ANOTHER streaming service.

I’m perfectly fine with Netflix, Hulu and D+

No Peacock for me. I already have 3 years with Disney+, a free year with Apple TV Pus, as well as all my Apple purchased t.v. shows and movies, not to mention Amazon Prime.

Nice to finally see King of Queens being offered for streaming.
King of Queens is a great show. I bought the Blu-ray set a few years ago. Never gets old.

Is this how much time I have left to watch The Office on Netflix? Better hurry and finish the last two seasons.

I have Netflix, D+ and Hulu. Waiting to upgrade Apple TV and hopefully still get free year. Peacock pro work out to about $2.5 month. Might be worth trial but not $50 or $99.
