No idea. But if you have Activator you can install Kill Background (free). Then it's down to a simple gesture.

Weecloseapps is a good kill all apps its just a slider in the notification centre looks good above or below ncssettings and different points on the slider do different things, close all, close current running app etc, this is what I use

I already use Weekillbackground but was trying to get a killer from the NCSettings tweak and I just contacted the developer, who said that development is stopped :/
