NDA has expired!

    Andy Ihnatko will be on live.twit.tv in about an hour according to his twitter, he's had an iPad for about a week now.

    Well the embargo has been lifted for reviews. However the NDA is still in place for developers.

    I can't tell you the exact date when it changed, but over the week-end, the iPhone OS 3.2 SDK rolled over from pre-release to officially released. So, the most restrictive portions of the NDA have also been lifted for developers now too.
