"Near by" is not working, iPhone 6s+

"Near by" is not working for me, in fact, it has never worked for me no matter what iOS version I'm in.
With 9.3 I expected to see "near by" in spotlight but I don't see it.
I have everythg active in location services.

Could anyone help me?

Not sure where you live but I think it's only supported in Japan, Australia, Germany, Canada, Netherlands, UK, France, and US. I may be missing a few but that's all I could find.

Oh, that's why!
I didn't know it worked just in some countries. So it is kind of "news".
