Nearly decided on Macbook - just need that final nudge

Well enjoy your new car, and hopefully enjoy your new MacBook. It's becoming more and more disconcerting finding people having problems with them.

Maybe it's just this forum. People tend to flock here to complain about getting the short end of the stick on Rev A products. Oh well *sigh*....

What's annoying is that in Regent Street, I cannot compare the laptops side-by-side for screen, size and weight comparisons. Perhaps that's deliberate?

Of course the display models are locked down to keep them from growing legs, but I'm sure if you go at a quiet time and find some friendly staff, they will be perfectly happy to go and put a MB next to the MBA for you to compare the two screens side by side.

You could make a personal shopper appointment too, that might help.
