The only problem I see with this these is no custom logo unless you pay.

If you're running a business you should consider putting your hand in your pocket and paying for something. Ideally you should hire in a developer to create something bespoke for you, but that might be a bit of a stretch given that you are looking for a free solution.

There are many great templates that you can get hold of for a reasonable price. One that stands out to me is the 'Divi' theme from http://www.elegantthemes.com.

I also quite like the genesis framework from studiopress.com and the folks over at yootheme.com have always done a good job (just don't expect too much support from yootheme).

I think you've done a pretty good job with the current theme.

It doesn't seem to be entirely "mobile-friendly"...one thing is images are distorting. I also don't like that kind of "menu selector", or whatever it's called, when viewing on a smartphone.

Cryout Creations has some free themes that are quite customizable on their own.

Hi

It's not your theme that does not "look" professional, it what you've done to it.. the images you've used which are clip arty and don't match, are odd sizes that don't fit into the design and use a wide, wide variety of fonts and colors.. it's a visual car crash...

Your branding at the top of the page clashes with the blue background and was dated to start with, I get that you might be stuck/wedded to existing branding but if so, then pick a theme with a white header and re jig the logo so it's rectualar and fits better on a webpage.. at the moment it's forcing the header to be way taller than it needs to be creating a huge blue void on the right hand side.

You just need to find a good gfx designer or web designer to smooth all that out for you and it would be fine. It's a responsive design so it should be fine on mobile devices but i'm guessing one of your crazy images is overflowing and pushing everything out like the siders on the home page.

Sorry to be harsh, but just picking another theme and doing the same won't help, I've tried to be constructive in my criticism.

Good luck!

Thanks for the replies. I have changed the theme and updated the front page.

I'm curious I've just started working on my site. Are you using wordpress.org or wordpress.com for your site? Also how does your menu bar link to other pages are you using PHP?

WordPress.org I just used the menu settings page to link my pages with the menu.
