S Squidgy macrumors newbie Original poster Aug 9, 2007 #1 Can somebody who owns the new iMac please measure and post the diameter of the hole in the stand (boot)? I need to determine if the VESA mount adapter from www.imacmount.com (which attaches to the hole) will work on the new computer. Thanks!

Craiger macrumors 6502a Aug 10, 2007 #2 Its hard with the tape measure I have, but I got 2" in diameter or maybe 1/8" over that. Oh and I have a 20in new imac. Hope this helps.

J jpgodlew macrumors newbie Aug 10, 2007 #4 I believe the new 24" is the only model that can be VESA mounted, unfortunately.
