need a fan -- help please

i posted this in mac basics and didn't get any responses so i'm giving it a try here.

i have a Blue and White G3 with a 1 GHz Powerlogix G3 processor. i want to install a fan on the heat sink. does anyone know of a fan that will fit and not have any interference problems with the case?

Another option is to drill one (or otherwise secure it) into your heat sink, I have done that with upgrades before. Though if your heat sink is the stock G3 one, you really don't have much to work with...

For that kinda cash ($13+ shipping), you could go to your local peecee shop/BustBuy & buy several of those fans, then go to home depot or lowes & get the screws for ~.79

thats what I did with my smurfbox, only my fan was slightly thinner 🙂
