I used to use dBpoweramp, but since I recently switched to Mac's I don't know what's good to use.
Duff-Man says...give X Lossless Decoder a try....oh yeah!
MacFlac is PPC only and hasn't been updated in 4 years but it still works fine (and fast) for me.
I use MAX for ripping CDs and converting audio files such as FLAC to MP3. Very good software.
you can use the flac tools to convert to aif and then do whatever you like with whatever you like.
i use Max personally because it's fast and easy and let's me mess with the metadata. it will also split a single flac into say multiple mp3s of aac. what it won't do is a lossless split. as far as i can tell anyway. i still use the ppc app, cuesplitter for that.
i have read some criticism of Max with gaps at the end of tracks when splitting, i've checked this myself and kind find these issues. they may have been resolved in an earlier version.
I use Fluke. It converts Flac files to Apple Lossless and imports them into your iTunes library. Works brilliantly.
