I am looking to upgrade to a good dual band router. My budget is up to around $100. Any suggestions?

I think they are implying you should add $79 to your budget and get the Airport Extreme. I would second the notion, as I just picked up an Airport Extreme today as well. ;)

you will get feedback how ever router sucks and the AEBS is the only thing to get.
Having had linksys, belden, netgear and an AEBS I couldn't tell you what I have connected right now. It could be a linksys or the AEBS. to me that is how transparent the router is in my network.

I have had an AEBS die after 3 months, my sons linksys died in 6 months, my linksys 610 has run for over a 9 months, I have had other routers run fine for years.
