Need a good DVD for learning Lighting

I'm stuck on which DVD Training Video to buy to learn the Basics and more of Indoor, Outdoor Lighting for Video. I'm looking for a solid training source to learn the tricks of getting good lighting with a video camera and a lighting setup.

Do you know of a good source to use?
