Need a GPS for my Iphone 3GS

Getting an Iphone 3GS on tuesday. I need a GPS for it. One that will work decent and not run as slow as molasses. One that has turn by turn directions and voice guidance. Their are so many out their was wondering what would be the best all around and one that will not break the bank....
