Resolved Need A help to Get Macbook

Hey ,
Am an 4th year Architect Student And planning to get A Macbook Pro 13''/15'' . I would be using most of the Architectural softwares such AutoCad , BIM , sketchup ,Rhino ...
These were my options:
MacBook Pro 15''/13''

1) Intel i7/i5 , 8Gb/16Gb Ram , Nvidia Geforce Graphics
256GB Hard disk

Intel i5 16gb nvidia geforce 650/750m
Intel i7 8gb nvidia geforce 650/750m

Intel i7 16gb iris pro graphics

I dont wanted Windows coz I already used it . Changed twice .
And Money is a problem so, i want it to be the cheap And best . If anyone can suggest me best one in this or a better option for my needs ! Than in my list

If you're an architectural student, absolutely get a machine with a dedicated GPU.
