Need a mouse mat, please post your good ones

Dont usually use a mouse mat, but when i do, i use one that i got from Asda/Walmart for 59p.
Does the job for me.

There are places which will turn photos into mouse mats for you, if you so wish. Never thought mouse mats were needed any more though. Never mind.

I prefer not to use a mouse pad, perhaps you could try going padless for a couple of days and see if you prefer it? I like my desk with as little clutter as possible.

I got a Razer Sphex

I got one a while back to make my Mighty Mouse stop jumping everywhere.

Unfortunately it was so rough and hard its worn the bottom of the mouse down a lot and the mouse pad itself is starting to loose its texture and go shiny and the mouse started skipping again.

It's in the bin now though as i just got the Trackpad

i would try to geta cloth one like the steelseries Qck because plastic eats away on the pads on the bottom of mice.

I have a thermaltake 'gamma pad', it's a bit goofy looking but the surface is really really nice. That's prolly the only reason I haven't binned it lol 😀

any of the gaming ones (steelseries, razer, etc) are gonna be the best because they are meant for fast movement.

They're AKG K701 reference headphones. Yes, they're very good but they need about 100 hours of break-in to reach their full potential.

those look like AKG70x* ones to me. very nice ones but expensive as well. you also need a very beefy amp to run them. the poster has to be an audiophile.
*the x could be a 1 or 2. both the k701 and the k702 look very similar.

yes, i've heard that too. apparently, the silicone doesn't make for a very good low friction mousing surface.
