The iWatch, plus various Android smart watches and even a Microsoft smart watch that will work with iOS (not to mention the Pebble) should warrant a new sub forum.

Because of all the various watches that will or do work with iDevices, I wouldn't recommend calling the sub forum iWatch.

    Any thoughts to this?

Creating new sub fora has been discussed at length in the past. The general response has been avoiding opening new sub fora to avoid bloat and confusion on the Forum.

While there is nothing wrong with making the suggestion, my guess is that there are many opportunities to discussing wearables without creating a new sub forum.

The only reason I pose it is because it is going to be a big area of interest soon. Right now, it isn't a big deal, as there is no iWatch, but I guarantee you that once it goes on sale, the forum is going to explode with iwatch postings all over the place, since there is no subforum that this topic can fall under at this time.

I'm fairly confident a new forum would be created if Apple was to release an iWatch (or another wearable item) but not until it has been formally announced.
