Need advice, iphone SO SLOW from 4.0 update

i reset my network settings and all settings.
go to settings -> general -> reset
you'll have to re-enter your wireless network passwords, brightness settings, wallpapers, etc. but i think it helped a little bit. i think. i was mostly having connection issues.

the only thing you can do is turn off all the options in the spotlight setting...you can't really turn it off as in get rid of it.

It would be nice if you told us what model iphone you have.
But my guess its a 3G model.
And yes they do drag with 4.0 installed. Even 3.0+ felt like a turtle on an iphone 3G.
You can downgrade back to 3.1.3 if you want and dont care about 4.0 firmware.
