Need advice on which app to create this for print?

Anyone here know of a simple app I could use to recreate this for print on gold metallic paper? Free app is best if any. Thanks for the help

Adobe has tryouts. Illustrator is best for this but you could use indesign as well.

Inkscape is the freeware version of illustrator:

And there is scribus if you need layout features (indesign replacement):

Thanks for the links. Is it best to create from scratch or scan the label for print?
