I Will Buy MacBook pro laptop for business use, i need to ask if the Microsoft Office and Autocad can work with the Mac OS X v10.5
if no, can i install windows vista with Mac OS X v10.5, if yes can you help me how to make it.... i need to be sure that will work before buy it.

Microsoft Office 2008 is a Mac specific version of Office. I don't know about AutoCAD.

If you want to install Vista, you can do so natively via Boot Camp, or you can emulate it via virtualization.
