I purchased an iPhone 13 mini from Apple with a tradein.
I wanted to return and purchase the same iphone in a different color.

I sent it back and it has been over 40 days and no refund.
My verizon line is tied up with the iphone I returned.
I called Apple many times and last week I was told I would get a refund in 7 days.
It is over 7 days and no refund, apple took the 315.00 device trade-in credit and charged my Apple Card.
I called yesterday and was given a ref # and told Apple would call me in 24 hours.
No call from Apple today, I called again and was told it would take up to 72 hours.
I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they could not as a case was already open.

I am sick over this and how I am being treated, no one wants to take responsibility.

Is there anything else I can do? A phone # I have not tried?

Thanks

Apple would have sent you a trade-in kit with a pre-paid label with tracking to return your first iPhone 13 Mini. Did you track it to be sure it was actually delivered? You should also have received an email from Apple once they received the trade-in. Did you ever get such an email?

I just spoke with an Apple manager and he assured me he would resolve this within two days.
Yes, I sent it back to Apple using their prepaid label.

Last month I was told that they did not know the person who signed for the return, later they acknowledged him.
This has been a nightmare for me. I do have proof of delivery.

There are so many notes attached to this issue, he needs a couple of days to resolve it.
I feel better that I talked to a manager.
