Need an app to make screenshot frames from videos

Can someone recommend an app that takes screenshot frames (manually) i.ex 5 frames and batch them together like in this pic?

Depending on the player, some block screenshot applications.

If I'm not mistaken, the most common one, VLC, allows you to do that.
