Need an app to view my LOCAL picasa or lightroom library on iPad

Has anyone found an app that will let me view my Lightroom or Picasa photo library on my ipad? and preferably add tags etc?

I can find apps to work with Picasa web albums but i want to manipulate the images on my PC using my iPad

Seems like an obvious thing to do but can't find any apps!
