Hey guys, I'm looking for an application that I can individually change the volume on an application basis. Meaning let's say I want safari to be at half volume, while I want iTunes at full volume. I've run into something like this in the past, but I forget what it is... lol It you guys could help me out it's be lovely thanks!!

You can use Detour on PPC Macs - Rogue Amoeba have EOL'd it so it is free to use now. www.rogueamoeba.com/detour

Just doing a quick google search I did not see anything for intel macs.. I am sure there is something out there though.
