Need bluetooth 4.0 mouse

I'm Looking for a bluetooth mouse. I do not like the feel of the magic mouse.

I need a mouse that is ambidextrous and that is bluetooth 4.0. I like having a scroll wheel and separate left and right buttons. I will be using the mouse in OS X and Windows. I also do not want a small mouse. Any suggestions?

Any reason it has to be 4.0? I don't think there is any.

bluetooth 4.0 is a lot more energy efficient. I don't want to change my batteries to often.

Buy rechargeable batteries.

It's a convinience thing. Even if I get rechargeable batteries I will still have to change them.

Every couple of months doesn't seem like that big of pain in the ass, but I'm not that lazy

I don't think there are any BT 4 mice out yet... at least none that I have seen.
