Need confirmation using data doubler and 2 OS on 2 different HDD/SSD combination?

Hi guys!

For those that have tried this method (SSD + HDD) in MBP 15inch. Can anyone confirm this for me? Is the set up below workable?

SSD + HDD (Replacing the optical drive).

Let's say I'm going to bootcamp it. Can I do it in a way that.

SSD -> Fully Mountain Lion.

HDD -> Partition it maybe 400GB for my windows. The rest of 350GB for storage of my ML stuff.

seems doable. Have you given any thought to parallels? I've had bad experience with bootcamp in the past.

What year is your computer? It matters because It may not be able to either:
A. Support the full SATA III speeds of the new SSD
B. RELIABLY support the SATA III SSD
