Hi,

I'm looking for OS X driver for an old digital camera.
It used to work with "MyDsc" (version 1 or 2, can't remember) on my windows XP machine.

Who knows the mac alternative for this? I already tried SQ905 or something like that... didn't work.

Here some pics of the cam itself.

Old cam front
Old cam back

I'm on a MBP with 10.6.

Does that mean, the camera is not recognised by iPhoto or Image Capture?
How does it connect and on what medium does it store its photos?

iphoto and image capture don't recognize the cam.

It has no medium? 😛 It has a build in 16mb ram chip.

Digital cameras that are recognized by MacOS X do not require user-installable drivers. They take advantage of standard USB or FireWire connections. If your camera uses a removable card to store its pictures, then you may use a card reader. If it uses exclusively internal storage, then you will have to stick with Windows--or better yet, get a new camera.

Well, this isn't my main camera ;-) But I like to see what I can do with it.

Lets dust of the old PC then 😛
