What an F'n Tease, we saw it Demoed back in September, where is this damn game? Has anyone heard anything about its release yet? I love how it was the big app to show off gaming, and we haven't seen it yet.

Maybe the'll rename it to NFS: Shift, considering the new game has been announced and Undercover has been forgotten.

I know, Shift is on its way to release, I'm thinking the same thing, suck me in with Undercover and just make me wait until shift comes out. EA bites it.

http://www.slidetoplay.com/story/need-for-speed-undercover-delayed-until-march

there was a story about it being delayed a while back.

i think it was also on macrumors, but i used google to find the most "from-the-horse's-mouth" source

i've already spent my money on oregon trail.

realistically, with all the racing games already released, how will it differentiate itself from all the others, especially after they've had a chance to release updates and fix bugs found by legions of users.

This has been a big topic of discussion over at TouchArcade for months now. Everyone is so annoyed at the delay on this game that I don't even think anyone will care anymore by the time it finally does come out. The current rumor mill around it suggests (And this is strictly speculation by the masses) that the game (along with EA's Tiger Woods game - previewed again today on TA) is being held back until Apple opens the $19.99 premium app store, and they will both be titles to support that opening. Personally, I am not interested in paying $19.99 fora game we were promised last September, then December, then January, then March, and now God knows when.

there is NO way I'm ever paying $20 for that. I could buy the pc version off ebay or that amount.

I would never pay that much for an app unless it would drastically change my usage.

The console and PC versions of this game are awful. If you add dodgy tilt controls to them then it's going to be a complete mess.

Hopefully they cancelled it, it would be an embarrassment to EA.

I want this damn game - and I want it now. This pisses me off to no end.

WE WERE PROMISED THIS GAME HALF A YEAR AGO.

EA; Screw You.

I just want it. For $10 or less. No way in hell will I be paying $20 for a mobile game that's half a year old, with a console successor right around the corner.
