ok, so for those of you who want to know how this story ended, here it is.
My father and i went over there today around 11:40 am central time. i waited in my dad's truck while he went in there and talked to her. He talked with her for about ten minutes. He is on the board of directers for a chemical company we both work for so he is good at talking with people....and making them feel like a idiot if he wants too

(i don't win many arguments with him, but im a dam good arguer

)
ANYWHO. So he did most of the talking from what i could see, and she said a few things. One of the guys walked out with my key and gave it to me, along with a 10 amp fuse after they had talked for about 10 minutes. The guy told me it was the fuse to my fuel pump. He started to tell me where it was, and i told him "I'm perfectly aware of where this fuse goes in my truck" he didn't say much after that, just walked off. My dad was signing a check when i walked into the office. I looked down at it and it was for $200. I wanted to say something but i was getting my truck back and decided not to make it worse.
When i left my foot on the clutch "slipped" and i dug two small ruts in their parking lot, just to show my dissatisfaction with the whole thing. The woman that owns the place is not one to be messed with so im sure she hates me now, oh well, more stress for her the better
I talked with a few guys at work and they all agreed with all of what you guys, and ladies have said. But i did talk with a former cop of 11 years and he said that technically i did owe them money. Because they performed a service. I can still call up the media i guess, and cause a bunch of ruckus but i don't know if i will. I know i am getting off easy. The land owner could have pressed charges against me for trespassing, and destruction of property. Too bad for them, but they probably just lost at least 300 potential customers. Not including people they tell, wife's, husbands, friends, relatives etc etc.
They got away with it this time. I don't have the time much less the money to pay for court costs, lawyers and other costs of courts. But i have learned a very valuable lesson with this. But i owe my dad $200...BLAST!
