I ordered a case from Boxwave and it came with the seams unglued and the material fraying. I've sent them 2 e-mails via their website contact form and two additional e-mails replying to the customer service shipment e-mail. It's been a week with no response from them. I'm about to ship them the defective case back but their website says no returns without RMA. and of course no telephone contact number. 😡
Any suggestions, ideas?

I found their phone number under the Better Business Bureau so I will try to reach them tomorrow. Hard to believe that their BBB rating is A+ with their extreme lack of customer service.
