I want to get finder to check to see if an application is running and if it is, do nothing, else if it isn't running, to do something. The OS X method of checking the processes doesn't work on OS 9 which I kind of assumed it wouldn't but tried it anyway. I've got a feeling this is really rather simple but I'll be buggered if I can figure it out. Seems like my Googling is only returning OS X methods which, aren't much help really.

Edit: I've solved it myself, was very simple as I thought just took a lot longer to figure out myself pissing around looking at the AS dictionary and rearranging some things.
