Need Help ASAP - Both Thunderbolt ports just stopped working

Hi,
I was just working on my computer when all of a sudden all of my thunderbolt devices stopped working. I have tried different cords and different devices and nothing is working.
Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?

Late 2013 iMac
OS X El Capitan

And if no joy an SMC restart?

I just ran a diagnostics test and a Thunderbolt issue showed up. I believe the error code was NDT001.

Call apple, if its a hardware problem, there's nothing you can really do
