Need help deciding on which SSD Vertex 3 or OWC Pro 6g

I'm planning on adding an SSD to my 2011 iMac 27" but can't decide between a 240gb Vertex 3 or 240gb OWC Pro 6g. I'm looking for reliability + speed. Which drive should I get? Thanks!

i think that you have to carbon copy the hdd onto the OWC Pro 6g to get it to work (remember reading it but cant fond it) , im sure someone who has used one will step in...
