Need help: Drobo with DroboShare won't mount

Drobo worked fine without the DroboShare. Purchased the DroboShare, hooked up the cables IAW instructions, and Drobo Dashboard and the Finder can't find the Drobo (i.e., won't mount).

Drobo support has been useless so far. Any ideas? Thanks.

Same here. No issues until I try and connect the Droboshare.

Finder > Go > connect to server

then add: smb://DroboShare

should mount.
