need help erasing used mac i bought completely

ok i need to wipe everything off of this mac and set it up as brand new. internet recovery didn't delete everything. keeps some stuff. i bought it off ebay and want the old owners stuff gone. please help

Boot to the Recovery Partition, use Disk Utility to erase the Disk, and then reinstall the OS.

Boot into recovery and use disk utility to erase the disk (Click on the HD and erase the internal disk) then reinstall OS X
