Need help flashing my 128MB 5200

I've been using my 64MB 5200 in my G5 since I got it and I have to say, it's pretty bad. Recently I got a PC 128MB 5200 and have been using it my P4 computer and it seems (keeping the P4 bottleneck in mind) the 128MB does have slightly better performance. I have the ROM to flash onto it, but what software do I use to do it?
The computer I'd flash this one is running x32 Windows 7 if that matters. And yes, it's AGP.

Also, If I ever need to, am I able to flash it back to work in a Windows computer?

Yes, you can use nvflash to read off its current rom, then flash a mac rom onto it. If it doesn't work you should be able to put it back the way it was. Check out http://themacelite.wikidot.com/
