Need help getting cyrecorder videos onto PC

I am having alot of trouble getting some videos off my iphone and onto my computer 😕. I have tried file2mail and everytime it freezes my phone 😡 ishareit does not seem to work either and I am clueless on how to SSH 😱

Can anyone help ? I need a walkthrough for tech dummies
 
First of all follow the guide in my Custom SMS link it has a guide +video n SSh'ing

once you have managed to SSH into your iphone

go up one level by clicking the ..

then go to Mobile/Videos and all your Cycoder videos will be there the names will look like just a bunch of numbers copy them over and (optional) rename them to your liking.

Worked perfectly.

The only issue is they are playing back slow on quicktime ? They are of a band playing and the playback makes them sound like they are on slow mo ???
 
This question has been asked too many times this week. Please just use MRoogle to find one of the many threads that explain how to do this.
