iPod touch need help getting music from ipod!

my computer recently crashed and all of my itunes music is gone! i still have the music on my ipod, but most of it is not purchased. how can i get my non-purchaserd music onto my itunes. and also, i had pirates of the caribean on my itunes but not on my ipod. how can i get it back?
