Need help: how to Make the folders icons to show thumbnail preview

Hi there,

i've searched for an answer for this issue for a long time now.

I have a lots of albums in my hard drive, but when i open finder to view those files, in cover flow mode, the folder doesn't show any thumbnail as an icon, even though inside the folder the songs do have the artwork.
I want the icons of the folder to show a preview thumbnail of what's within.
I know that there is an option through get info to change individual folders icons by pasting an image, but there is an option to make the folders display the preview thumbnail as an icon?
