Help needed !! I got an Iphone 4s 16gb with the ios 8.0.1 i have purchased it tommorow but the owner does not gave me the icloud id so plz help me how can i bypass it's icloud ??? PLZ HELP me :/ 🙁
and he's not picking up call now :/

You can't bypass it. Thats the whole point if a phone gets stolen.

If you bought it on eBay, open a dispute, get your money back and return the phone.

You can’t reset it. It will ask for the apple ID account.
