Need help installing flash on iPad 2!

Hey,

I'm sure there has been a thread abut this before but I can't
Seem to find it. I need help trying to install flash. I've got Cydia installed, tried using thrash (doesn't work). I've also scoured the net to try and find a fix and no luck. All the videos on YouTube seem to point to Cydia and thrash, but as I've said tried that lol.

So is there anyone who can help me get flash on the iPad would greatly appreciated.
