need help...media folder deleted

I accidentally deleted media folder which is under /var/mobile through ifunbox. I am using Iphone 3gs FW 3.1.2 (JB, newbootroom). so far the phone is working fine but i can't open app store.
Any advice what am i supposed to do now? is it possible that anyone upload var/mobile/media folder so that i can copy to my iphone? will it work?

i think a simple itunes sync should fix this .. have u tried it yet :?

Yes, syncing with iTunes ought to fix it. You may have to re-create the music folder first; I don't know.

when i connect to itunes, it said can't find the content, and theres a summary page with a restore button...i don't want to restore, it might upgrade it to 3.1.3
