Need help moving from Palm device.

I will be buying an iPhone in a few days. I currently have a Samsung SPH-i500 (Palm OS/ Sprint). I considered the Palm Pre, but I do not want to stay with Sprint. The service in my area is terrible. My question is: How do I transfer my contacts/address book, calendar and memopad from the Palm device onto the iPhone 3GS? Please help.

at the att store ask them to transfer your contacts onto a sim card in order to move the contacts to your new iphone.

for the calendar and memopad you'll have to look at some palm forums or ask at the att store if they would know of any solutions
