need help (old iBook with no CD and no admin password)

Got a hand me down and old ibook but got taken no Cd and no admin password how can I get an old os Cd or get around password if it was an Hp I would just pull the gnostic battery but can not find one on the mac

Explain the situation to Apple and, for a relatively small sum, they'll send you an installation disc.
